Attorney Profile
Personal Injury Attorney Ryan Sargent grew up in Fallbrook, CA and has lived throughout San Diego his entire life. Ryan started the Sargent Law Firm to protect the rights of regular people from being victimized by insurance companies and to ensure that people obtain a fair recovery for their personal injury and wrongful death claims. He takes pride in representing regular people who may not be able to afford a lawyer, never needed a lawyer before, and have suffered harm through no fault of their own. It is people in these situations that are the most vulnerable to being taken advantage of by the insurance companies if they do not have a lawyer.
Ryan has a reputation with the insurance companies as a lawyer who will not back down until maximum compensation has been obtained. This reputation has been built through his experience as a trial lawyer. He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases and tried numerous cases to verdict in San Diego County and all of Southern California.
Ryan has been particularly successful in handling cases where people are seriously injured in auto accidents. He is very passionate about representing car accident victims because he and his wife were injured a couple of years ago in a rear end accident on the 5 freeway in San Diego.
